Mi Familia!

First and foremost....I want to introduce you all to my family...just because they are so amazing...okay I won't go on bragging them up...

Here is me and my Papa bear:

You are looking at the best dad a kid could ask for. Always ready and willing to help out when us kids are in sticky situations or... if we just plain and simple...need a helping hand!

Here is me and my Mama/best friend at Christmas time:

Most amazing woman I have ever met and will meet in my life. She is the strongest woman I know and is always there for me when I need a shoulder to cry on, an ear for me to talk to, or arms that will hold me tight when I feel the rest of the world has walked out on me. She is, and always will be, my mom AND my bestfriend!
Here is me and my awesome sister, Laura:

Growing up, I always wanted soo badly to tag along with her and her friends and join in their fun. Well, then I got to the age of having my own cool friends and didn't 'need' her and her friends! Well...in the long run, I knew in my mind and in my heart, that she would always, no matter what other friends I had in my life....be my true and best friend! ...and this is why I go by that famous quote, "Families are Forever"

Laura is currently living and working in Sioux Falls, SD as a cosmetologist. I do have to say, she is best that I know!! :)

She also has a special man in her life, aren't they just so cute?!

Last but not least, my younger brother, Josh(aka Lilly):

This is kind of an 'older' picture of him, but like most men I know, he is not very fond of the camera! And I'm the complete opposite :) Josh and I were always the ones at eachother's throats growing up! Now, as the years have gone on, and we've both matured, we get along quite well I'd have to say ;) He is currently living in Cedar Falls and makin' that $$

Along with introducing my family, I will also introduce my boyfriend/best friend/love, Mark:

This guy right here, and my Dad, tie for being my #1 man in my life! He is always there to make me laugh when I could be having the worst day ever and don't even think cracking a smile is possible. He is a very humorous guy and I love every bit of it.
About a year ago, we made a major life change... together; we both resigned from our jobs up in Iowa and moved down to Kansas City(Lenexa, KS) where he is a Police Officer and I am an Academic Advisor! That was a big challenge in our relationship, but we got through it! Change is very hard, sometimes!!
We have had so much fun together in the past three years and plan on many more fun times to come!!! Not to rub it in or anything, but... we leave for Hawaii in 38 [short] days! We are so excited!

Well there ya have it... my one, big, happy family all together now!
